Ellen Street Dental Services
Ellen Street Dental Services is located in Kembla Street Wollongong and provides dental services to clients in the regional Wollongong districts.

Following a disastrous experience with Sydney based providers, the company decided to look locally for support and was pleasantly surprised with the level and quality of service they found with Unitech I.T. Solutions.

Due to the initial inappropriate technical advice and inadequate implementation of their I.T. solution, the company begun experiencing technical difficulties with the existing infrastructure and this affected the operation of their OASIS Enterprise Resource Package.

Substandard products and lack of ongoing maintenance by their incumbent providers resulted in a major crash of the server with catastrophic results regarding their data.

Malfunctioning “risk management” systems saw the company without any back up, causing the administrative side of their business to come to a standstill. It was at this point that the incumbent provider begun refuting support to their customer, resulting in the client searching elsewhere for some immediate help.

Unitech I.T. Solutions was approached for assistance and immediately deployed engineering resources to minimise business downtime for the client. Round the clock engineering services resulted in the extraction and retrieval of the data with the implementation of a temporary solution to enable the client to resume operation.

An appropriate solution was proposed considering operational and technical requirements of their business. On acceptance, the solution was deployed to accommodate business operation requirements.

A scheduled maintenance program was also implemented to maximise customer up time and operability.
