A Catholic all girls college located in Campbelltown with over 200 computers operating throughout the school.
In liaison with the full time IT manager, Unitech I.T. Solution has been providing engineering, consulting, supporting and technical services to this college for over 6 years.
Changes to the schools administrative software package resulted in the need for a major upgrade to the server infrastructure. Unitech I.T. Solutions was responsible for the design and commissioning of the new server farm including the upgrade to the risk management systems attached to the new infrastructure.
Regular maintenance schedules coupled with off site monitoring systems have ensured the network uptime is maintained within business expectations.
Furthermore, Unitech I.T. Solutions structured cabling design and implementation have consolidated hub based infrastructure into faster more reliable managed switch solution.
Due to the large number of users, the professional staff and student requirements, as well as the limited windows of opportunities available to deploy technical upgrades to the college, uptime, quality of service and prompt response times have been a critical requirement for the successful supply of services to this college.
Project planning and accurate tracking of projected time lines have resulted in ongoing renewals of maintenance contracts with this organisation.
